Cranwicke Consulting is a transaction management and advisory consultancy. It project manages and advises on key processes to enable the closing of finance transactions and other transactions.

We work with project sponsors and other investors, project companies, governments, state entities, issuing-corporate bodies and private financing vehicles such as private equity funds, as well as with industry and trade private enterprises and other commercial entities.
